Designed to receive natural light through a glass facade, the architecture of Sport Lisboa e Benfica's pool complex offers you a feeling of relaxation unmatched in the city of Lisbon.

With ambient music and inner light, the Pool Complex provides members and users in general with a wide range of health, leisure and learning activities. There, you may find three pools: the first has 10 lanes, being 25-metre long and 1.5-metre deep; the second has 6 lanes, being 16-metre long and 0.5 - 1-metre deep; and the third is a relaxation pool. All three are backed-up by two luxury dressing rooms for adults and another two for children.

The Sports Complex also includes a set of support infrastructures, such as the Bodybuilding Gym, the Clinical Centre and the Bar, and a capacity of 80 seats.

More than just a sports area, the Complex is a place where everybody can get together to talk and fraternize, using the Bar for that effect if they do so wish. You may share moments everyday with your family while Benfica's elite athletes practice for major competitions.
