For a safe football

As the ball rolls again, it is important to respect the regulations set by health and safety authorities.

Over the past few months, we have made a remarkable effort to adapt our routines and habits to address the risk of the pandemic.

Benfica, the Benfiquistas, and the Portuguese responded to the public health challenge with responsibility and a sense of community.

The risk is still very much present, and we must continue to fight it with everyone's contribution.

Now that the ball is going to roll again, it is important to respect the regulations defined by the health and safety authorities, for a safe football.

No gatherings on match days, near stadiums, in cafes, or other match viewing areas that do not comply with DGS rules.

No crowding or physical contact during goal celebrations that do not respect the protective measures.

In this first match (June 4th), the Sport Lisboa e Benfica stadium complex, including the commercial area, will be closed at 3 pm.

On and off the pitch, we want to continue to set the example.

On and off the pitch, we will be together in willingness, ambition, and determination to win and celebrate again.

Everyone has a contribution to make.

Benfica needs everyone, with the support of always, in a different way, for the result we want: Benfica Champion!
