Benfica travels to the south of Portugal with the goal of clinching the sixth straight win in the Liga NOS, in matchday 15. On the other side will be a Portimonense squad "with excellent players".

"We are going to Portimão with a great will to win, with a lot of Benfiquistas supporting us", mentioned Rui Vitória in the press conference at Caixa Futebol Campus.

What do you expect to find in Portimão? What difficulties do you anticipate for this match at home of a team that is making a solid campaign, with good results at its stadium?

We will face a team that is doing a good campaign, a team that has excellent players, with technical quality. We have to know and interpret very well. This does not change game approach at all: we are going go to Portimão to win, we want to start the year winning. We know that we are going to face an opponent that will display a good dynamics, that knows how to attack, has a player up front, Jackson, that scores goals, and has Nakajima, another important element in the attack.

"Reconquest" was one of the wishes you made at New Year's Eve?

I have the habit of making requests on these occasions, but more personal ones, related to health and family. This is the year in which we want win back titles and various other aspects. We are in a new year and to start the year winning is very important for us.

Will do any sort of management in the match with Portimonense, taking into account that on Sunday there is a new match against Rio Ave?

No, we are not doing physical management. We will make decisions based on what the opponent will ask from us and how we are performing. We already made 30 matches, in the last month we made eight, in January, we may carry out another eight.
