It is underway another step of the 2018/19 preseason of Sport Lisboa e Benfica. The group landed this Sunday and will stay in England until July 20.

The principle is the same! It is non-stop, with high level of demand and dedication that SL Benfica works wishfully towards a successful season in all the competitions.

This Sunday, the beginning of a new stage in the 2018/19 preseason, with Sport Lisboa e Benfica in England.

The team left Lisbon early in the morning, by charter, landing in Birmingham at 11:00 am

Already with Salvio and Rúben Dias integrated, the reds completed a training season  in the late afternoon  (18:00 pm).

In England, the receipt is the same, a lot of intensity with the ball moving on the pitch. The reds will stay until Friday, the day they will travel Zurich to face Seville on the following day (July 21).

At the Estádio da Luz, Benfica battled for victory until the last second against Sporting in the 33rd and penultimate matchday of the Liga Betclic 2024/25,but ended up having to share the points (1-1). Aktürkoğlu scored the goal for the eagles, finishing off a brilliant play by Pavlidis. The title will be decided in the final round.

Maximum concentration on the derby
