Victoria Kaminskaya beat the 200m breaststroke national record twice

The swimmer of Benfica set the new marks at the European Championships that is taking place in Glasgow.

One of the three Benfica athletes representing Portugal at the European Championships in Glasgow, in Scotland, Victoria Kaminskaya swam this Monday the 200 meters breaststroke and beat the absolute national record twice! First, she did the time of 2.27,34 and, in the semi-final, she improved the record to 2.27,19.

The previous record (2.27,70) already belonged to Kaminskaya and had been achieved on April 11, 2017, in Pontevedra, in Spain.

Miguel Nascimento

Miguel Nascimento, another of Benfica's swimmers in the European Championships, set a new personal record in the 200 meters freestyle qualifier, with a time of 1.49.90.
