Haris Seferovic's actions were decisive in Switzerland's triumph away at Iceland, in the third match from the Swiss in Group 2 of the Nations League (A). The forward from Benfica scored the 0-1 and found the way for the 0-2.
At the Laugardalsvöllur Stadium, the team went to the break with a scoreless draw. The goals came in the second half. Switzerland got in front at 52': Granit Xhaka made the cross towards the far post and Seferovic scored with and header.
The second goal from the Swiss occurred at 67': on the right side of the attack, Seferovic used the left foot to put the ball in the opposite side, where Zuber made a low cross towards the goal area, with Shaqiri touching the ball before it got to Lang, who doubled the lead.
Seferovic was replaced in injury time, by 90'+1' by Albian Ajeti.
