Ordering the Member and Companion ticket
Upon ordering a member ticket that includes companion, the member shall be responsible for the companion’s behavior in the Stadium.

Receiving tickets by SMS

No. This service is only available to cell phones of the national mobile operators.
The phones of international mobile operators and those of national and international fixed networks cannot join this service.

You will receive as many SMS as the number of tickets purchased.
If you purchase member tickets, you will receive SMS with the description of the seat’s coordinates (Gate, Stand, Sector, Row and Seat). Access to the Stadium is made exclusively via the membership card.

If you purchase a public ticket you will receive a SMS with PICTOGRAM (image that will have to pass the turnstiles in all the Stadium’s gates) and text with the seat’s coordinates.

The mobile phones of ALCATEL, NOKIA, SHARP, SIEMENS and SONY ERICSSON only require receiving SMS (there is no additional cost to the client).

For other brands, the customer must have a phone that accesses WAP pages and the active WAP service in his/her operator (to activate the WAP service you just have to contact your operator). Depending on the contract with the operator, this type of access to the pictogram may represent an additional cost to the customer.

If you don’t receive the SMS within 30 minutes, you can access your user profile on the Official SL Benfica Website and, in the order history, proceed to the re-sending of the ticket.
If the problem persists, please contact the Benfica Phone Line (+351) 707 200 100, every day from 10.00am to 07.00pm (GMT).

You should be aware that forwarding tickets between different brands of mobile phones may not work; therefore the group must enter the Stadium at the same time so that the entry is made with the original phone that received the SMS-PICTOGRAMS.

The service price is € 0,10 regardless of the number of tickets purchased.
There is no additional cost for mobile phones of ALCATEL, NOKIA, SHARP, SIEMENS and SONY ERICSSON.

For other brands of mobile phones, and depending on the contract that the customer has with the operator, a WAP-PUSH link will be sent that may have a traffic fee for downloading the PICTOGRAM.

"Do not forget..."

  1. Before heading to the Stadium, always check if your phone has enough battery, so that upon entering you may show:
    1. Public Tickets – the pictogram and your seat’s coordinates in the turnstiles;
    2. Member Tickets – the SMS with your seat’s coordinates plus the membership card to the gatemen.
  2. The non-member fan must always get the ticket’s pictogram before heading to the Stadium. In the case of sending in WAP format, the fan must always do the download out of the Stadium’s vicinity, because on match days the mobile phone network is overloaded, sometimes making the connection impossible.
  3. For the turnstile to read the information in your phone, you must have the image on and the phone screen lit up;
  4. There are special entries in the Stadium’s perimeter and special turnstiles at the access gates, clearly marked for those with SMS (pictogram) tickets;
  5. If you have forwarded tickets via SMS to other mobile phones, we suggest you pass the above information to their holders;
  6. Please note that if there are duplicates of the same SMS ticket, access to the stadium will only be allowed to the first entry.
