The Scouting Department and the Player Evaluation are one of the key strategic areas for developing the Sport Lisboa e Benfica Youth Academy.

The department has the responsibility to observe, assess and recruit future athletes for our competitive teams. In this context, we continue recruiting new people interested in collaborating with the department.
