Gonçalo Ramos

The forward progressed through the Reds’ youth ranks, he was a U-15 National Champion (2015/16) and a U-17 National Champion (2017/18). In the following season – 2018/19 –, aged 17, Gonçalo Ramos made his debut with Benfica’s B team against SC Braga, on January 13, 2019.

In 2019, in the U-19 European Championships, Gonçalo Ramos was the top scorer of the competition with four goals. He finished 2019/20 with the presence in the UEFA Youth League final, a Benfica match (against Real Madrid) in which he scored a brace.

The young forward nurtured at Benfica is an international with Portugal’s youth national teams and has represented the U-17s, U-18s, U-19s, and U-20s.
