When choosing the online payment method with a credit card like Visa or
Mastercard/Eurocard, the user must put the data concerning the card at the
end of the buying process, in safe areas of the site to ensure that their
data is not tampered or viewed at any stage of the process. We guarantee the
money will only be withdrawn from your account on the day the order is
shipped or when we have completed the service with total security.
What is the card verification code?
The CVC code as you can see in the image below is the code that is inside
the redlined box. On AMERICAN EXPRESS cards you will find it at the front.
What is the card verification code (CVC)?
The card verification code, or CVC *, is an extra code printed on your
credit or debit card. With most cards (Visa, MasterCard, bank cards, etc.)
it is the final three digits of the number printed on the signature strip on
the reverse of your card. On American Express cards (AMEX), it is usually
the four-digit code on the front.
As the CVC is not engraved (unlike the card number) it is not printed on any
receipts and therefore unlikely to be known by anyone other than the card
owner. When you enter your credit card data to make a purchase on our site,
we ask you to fill out the CVC for security reasons. All the information you
submit is transferred over secure SSL connections. * The name of this code
differs between card companies. You may also know it as the Card
Verification Value (CVV), the card security code or the personal security
code.
You may save your payment data on your profile, but for safety reasons, the
CVC will not be saved, therefore you will have to put it again whenever you
complete a purchase.
* The name of this code differs between card companies. You may also
know it as the Card Verification Value (CVV), the card security code or the
personal security code.
