The right to vote
The right to vote is assigned to all permanent and corresponding members with over one year of membership, each member being assigned the number of votes described below:

| Members with more than 1 year and up to 5 years | 1 |
| Members with more than 5 years and up to 10 years | 5 |
| Members with more than 10 years and up to 25 years | 20 |
| Permanet members with more than 25 years | 50 |
