We ask for the utmost understanding from all SL Benfica Members, as there are not enough tickets available for the match to meet all needs.

As instructed by CF Estrela Amadora, SL Benfica paraphernalia will not be allowed in the stands where 1st Category tickets are located | Central West | Sector A9;

To meet the legal requirement, in the case of ZCEAP ticket tickets, the data must be shared with the sports event promoter, so that the ticket can be issued, duly personalized with Name and ID;

For ZCEAP, the ticket is personal and non-transferable based on the data entered;

Upon access to the sports venue for ZCEAP, sports venue attendants and/or security forces may verify, in a random, proportional, and non-discriminatory manner, that the spectator's identity matches that stated on the ZCEAP ticket, specifically by consulting their civil identification document;

Tickets will be sent via email to the email address provided at the time of purchase, up to 12 hours before the game;

Assigned seats are the responsibility of the event organizing team;

No exchanges and/or returns;

Under Law 39/2009, as currently worded, in Article 27, it states:

  1. Anyone who sells or distributes tickets for sale for sports shows, including season tickets, in violation of the ticket issuance and sale system provided for in Article 26, or without having received express and prior authorization from the organizer of the sports competition, is punishable by imprisonment of up to 3 years or a fine;
  2. Attempts are punishable.

Reduced Mobility

1. Access

Access to the Sport Lisboa e Benfica Stadium is free of barriers, steps and ramps higher than 1:20. Wheelchair users enter the stadium through adapted turnstiles located at 12 doors: 2 in the Mais Vantagens Stand (North), 4 in the Emirates Stand (West) , 4 in the BTV Stand (East) and 2 in the Sagres Stand (South).

2. Seats available for supporters in wheelchairs

The Sport Lisboa e Benfica Stadium has a total of 72 seats for wheelchair users with an adjacent seat for their companion (platforms for People with Reduced Mobility - PMR). The seats are located on Level 0, at the top of each stand.

3. Visually impaired fans

All the seats in the stadium are available for visually impaired fans, so that they can freely choose their seat with their family and friends. However, it is our intention to provide them with a specific area on Floor O, next to the platforms for Supporters with Reduced Mobility with easy access if they are accompanied by guide dogs.

4. Guide dogs

Guide dogs will be authorized by prior agreement between the Supporter and SL Benfica. In order to provide sufficient space and comfort for guide dogs, they will be placed exclusively in the wheelchair platform area on Floor O of each stand.

5. Fans with hearing difficulties

If a hearing-impaired Supporter has specific needs regarding their place to watch the match (a certain area, sector or row) they can contact SL Benfica to discuss this possibility. The contact can also be made by a companion. SL Benfica will make every effort to meet the requirements, depending on the availability and characteristics of the seats.

6. Transportation to the stadium

_About 50% of the fleet has seats for wheelchair users and an access ramp;

_Buses equipped with these conditions that stop near the stadium: 703, 726, 729 (includes an audio guide) and 767;

Subway

_Lisbon Metro stations are equipped with wide turnstiles for wheelchairs. However, some of the stations are not yet equipped with elevators and escalators.

To get to the Sport Lisboa e Benfica stadium, fans can use two stations: Colégio Militar/Luz and Alto dos Moinhos. Unfortunately, these stations are not equipped with elevators and escalators.

Conditions of Stay in the Stadium

1. Those interested in accessing the stadium are subject to searches by the security forces or stadium attendants to prevent the introduction of prohibited articles;

2. Political demonstrations, insulting chants that incite violence, racism and xenophobia, pitch invasions and the throwing of objects onto the ground and pitch are not permitted;

3. The introduction of fireworks, weapons and pyrotechnic articles is not permitted. The introduction and consumption of alcoholic beverages and narcotics;

4. The circulation staircases of the various sectors must be completely clear, as well as the entrances;

5. All spectators must be ticket holders, over the age of three, and occupy the seat shown on the ticket;

6. All spectators must comply with the instructions given by stewards, security forces, firemen and club officials on duty at the stadium;

7. SL Benfica reserves the right to expel from the venue any spectator who does not comply with the above-mentioned rules or any other rules stated in the Stadium Safety Regulations and other regulations under the legal framework for security and the fight against racism, xenophobia, and intolerance in sporting events.
