Figure Skating

A sport with history.
In 1916, a skating rink was inaugurated at Av. Gomes Pereira, but it was in the 40’s that the Figure Skating was developed in the club. Edite Cruz, athlete between 1943 and 1959, was this sport’s “driving force”. Benfica won the National Championship in 1990.
