Benfica inaugurated this Sunday, May 15, the exterior decoration of indoor sports next to the pavilions of the Luz Sports Complex. The ceremony was attended by vice-president Fernando Tavares, who described the space, speaking to BTV, as "an encounter with history and the recognition of all those who projected the various Benfica sports to a national and international level". Open training session: highlights
Roger Schmidt opened the gates of the training session for the first time since he arrived at Benfica. In front of 23 470 spectators (record in a training session at the Stadium), the team showed the work done in the first week of the pre-season and played a high intensity match. The Members and supporters of Sport Lisboa e Benfica can witness the first signs of a new era this Sunday, at 5 pm, at Estádio da Luz. The training session of the professional football team, led by Roger Schmidt, will be open to the public and the forwards Henrique Araújo and Musa leave the invitation for the fans to go to the Cathedral: "On Sunday, we count on all Benfiquistas in our stadium!"
