44 matches, 28 goals, three trophies! Impressive figures during Pati Llanos spell at the "Clube da Luz". The athlete's contractual connection with Benfica has come to an end, but it will be forever linked to the history of the club for scoring the first goal of the women's team in the presentation match, held at Estádio da Luz in front of  8 thousand people in the stands (September 2018, against D. Coruña).

Early morning preparation

On Turkish soil, the morning after the Champions League play-off match against Fenerbahçe at the Sükrü Saraçoğlu Stadium, Benfica's professional football team put to work at the Besiktas training center facilities, already preparing for the match against Tondela, from Matchday 3 of the Liga Betclic,  scheduled for 8:30 pm, on Saturday at Estádio da Luz. Only the athletes who were not used and the substitutes who played in the Istanbul match trained on the pitch – the rest underwent active recovery in the gym on Thursday, August 21. Portuguese internationals are back

The Portuguese internationals from Benfica's women's football team who represented Portugal in the 2025 European Championship are back. On Monday, July 28, Carole Costa, Catarina Amado, Lúcia Alves, Andreia Faria, Andreia Norton, Ana Borges, and Diana Silva underwent medical examinations—Diana Gomes had already done so—at Hospital da Luz. The physical tests, which are customary at the start of each preseason, took place at Benfica Campus on Tuesday, July 29.
