In a journey to Far East, the reds beat Japan by 4-1, and, after the final whistle, the Princes of Japan broke the protocol and entered the pitch to salute the players. Back to Portugal, and with the ban of Estádio da Luz, it was at Jamor, against CUF, that Benfica players thanked the fans with a bow for the first time.
