Elected Best Player of the Liga BPI 2024/25 in the vote organized by the Players' Union, Cristina Prieto, Benfica's women's football team, received the trophy at Benfica Campus. Grateful for the distinction, the Spanish international told BTV about her “good season” and didn't forget the rest of the Reds' players. "It's an individual award and I couldn't have won it without my teammates. It was the team that made me win this award," said the goalscorer, who is in her first season at the club. "You never think the first year will be like this. I'd like to thank everyone who voted for me and the Benfiquistas. It's an award that shows that the season went well," said Cristina Prieto, an important element in winning the Fifth League Title in a row.

For three days, between April 14 and 16, Benfica Campus hosted the 1st edition of the Goalkeeper Experience, an initiative that allowed 20 boys and girls, born between 2007 and 2012, to develop and perfect their sporting performance as goalkeepers, according to SL Benfica's training methodology.
