“A big vote of confidence”

Paulo Moreno has extended contract with Sport Lisboa e Benfica for the next three years. The 25-year-old pivot assures that he will keep working in order to help the team.

“This renewal feels so good, it's something inexplicable, I have no words to describe this moment. It's a big vote of confidence”, he declared to BTV.

Paulo Jorge Ramos Moreno does not promise titles but he assures that he is going to work hard.

“I'll make no promises. What I guarantee is that I will always fight for the Benfica's goals."

“An example of the commitment with the Youth Training”

"Paulo is an example of the Benfica's commitment with the Youth Training. He is a young man with great quality, as an athlete and as a person. We are very proud to introduce him to the youngsters. Paulo is completely integrated in our idea. He has always been a good worker. Nowadays, he is one of the exponents of our first team.", said the Vice President Domingos Almeida Lima.

With the first team, Paulo Moreno has won a Portuguese Cup (2015/2016) and a Super Cup (2016/2017).
