The Sport Lisboa e Benfica informs that the futsal players Elisandro, Franklim and Cristian are leaving the Club. Arriving at the beginning of the last season, the frame of their contracts termination, by mutual agreement, have different nuances.

The names of the three athletes are associated to the winning of a Super Cup and a Portuguese Cup. The Club expresses its gratitude and wishes all the best to their respective careers.

The champion is back!

Benfica's men's futsal team – reigning national champions – is back! On Thursday, July 24, the team coached by Cassiano Klein began the 2025/26 preseason with physical tests and medical exams, in a day divided between Hospital da Luz, Clínica Benfica, and the gyms at Estádio da Luz. The activities will be repeated on Friday, July 25. The first training session is scheduled for Monday, July 28.
