Valentine's day at Luz and a big surprise

“Amazing!” It was how Marta Cardoso and Rúben Santos described the evening in which commemorated Valentine's day in advance with a dinner at Estádio da Luz. A love story with seven years which through the social networks reached the Cathedral.

These were the photographs that earned them an unforgettable evening, where almost everything was a surprise. Benfica's Official Facebook launched the challenge and the couple participated. The promise was a romantic dinner at Estádio da Luz and two official jerseys, but the protagonists ended up being surprised. A dinner on the pitch, the eagle's flight and two unexpected visits…

The official jerseys were already promised, what the couple did not know was that they would be directly handed by Serbian players Zivkovic and Fejsa, with whom they had the chance to casually talk and take selfies to immortalize the moment.

“A very beautiful moment on a special day for these two supporters. One must seize the moment”, said Fejsa to BTV, carrying on: “It is always good to have this contact with the supporters and be able to say we will give everything to win the next match.”

An “unforgettable” evening that ended with the promise of returning on Saturday, when Benfica will host Boavista in a match from Gameweek 23 of Liga NOS.
