There have been disclosed the Best XI's of 2017. In an initiative carried out by the Players' Union, that had the participation of 904 footballers, Nélson Semedo, who transferred in July to Barcelona, Pizziand Jonas among the players named.

Here is the best XI of the First Division of 2017

Goalkeeper: Rui Patrício (Sporting);
Defenders: Nélson Semedo (SL Benfica), Felipe (FC Porto), Sebastián Coates (Sporting) and Alex Telles (FC Porto);
Midfielders: Danilo Pereira (FC Porto), William Carvalho (Sporting) and Pizzi (SL Benfica);
Forwards: Gelson Martins (Sporting), Jonas (SL Benfica) and Brahimi (FC Porto).

These choices are the responsibility of the 335 players of the Liga NOS who took part in the vote, for a total of 3919 valid votes.

As far as the Best XI of the II Division, Rúben Dias is the representative of the eagles, he had already been named in 2016.

Best XI of the Second Division of 11 2017

Goalkeeper: Ricardo Ribeiro (Académica);
Defenders: Diogo Dalot (FC Porto B), Bura (Ac. Viseu), Rúben Dias (Benfica B) and José Gomes (Penafiel);
Midfielders: Chiquinho (Leixões/Académica), Paulinho (Portimonense) and Fede Varela (FC Porto B);
ForwardsGaleno (FC Porto B), Carlos Vinícius (Real) and Pires (Portimonense).

367 players voted for these choices these choices, for a total of 3702 valid votes.

The prizes were award in the "Quinas de Ouro Gala", in the evening of March 19th, at the Pavilion Carlos Lopes, in Lisboa.
