Miguel Vieira, also known as Vieirinha, is Benfica's representative in the U-23 call-up released by the roller hockey national team coach, Luís Sénica, for the 29th edition of the Latin Cup. He is joined by Gonçalo Pinto and Pedro Batista, out on loan from the Club to the Italians of Amatori Lodi and Monza, respectively.

The competition will take place in Saint-Omer, France, from March 30th to April 1st. Portugal, the current trophy holder, faces France on March 30, Spain on March 31 and Italy on April 1.

Benfica-Chelsea: match highlights

Benfica fought until the end for a different outcome in the last 16 of the Club World Cup, but after extra time they fell to Chelsea (1-4), thus ending their journey in the first edition of the competition in the United States of America. In a game that was interrupted in the 86th minute due to the threat of a thunderstorm and ended almost five hours after the kick-off, Di María leveled the score at 90'+5' (1-1), taking the match into 30 minutes of extra time, during which time the result hung in the balance for the English at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte.
