The Sport Lisboa e Benfica welcomes another european title in K1 1000 for the athlete Fernando Pimenta, achieved this Saturday in Belgrade, capital of Serbia.

To the Club's Official Website, the President Luís Filipe Vieira highlights the importance of this achievement.

"To be a Three-time European Champion is a remarkable achievement. Fernando Pimenta is a top athlete, a tremendous worker and one of the greatest exponents of the Portuguese Sports. In good time we bet on his rare athletic and human qualities, integrated in our Olympic Project. This is also an example of the right path we have in our eclecticism", declared the leader of the eagles.
