The coaching teams of several English clubs, including Leicester, Everton, West Ham and Stoke City had the chance to watch the Rui Vitória's training session and exchange ideas with the coach at St. George´s Park.
Michael Matheo, the Technical Manager of the English Football Association, has explained why there are so many coaches at Burton Upon Trent. “We develop courses at St. George´s Park. Every time we are visited by a team, we try to have the opportunity to take a look at its way of work. Its methods, its philosophy", he said to BTV.
About the training session: “The main message that we can take from the training session is about Rui Vitória’s consistency. We have analyzed the way he acts with the players and the good atmosphere that he creates around the team."
