The B Team's young player admitted the importance of Football on his day-to-day.
04 July 2017, 16h52
The Sport Lisboa e Benfica's forward, João Félix, has spoken about the first days of the 2017/18 season, with the medical exams and physical tests.
“It's being good. A little intense, as usual, but that's the way it is, and it's good for us, in order to be prepared for the season”, he admitted to BTV.
João Félix, just like his teammate Pedro Amaral, leave a compliment to the Benfica's professionalism by delivering a training plan to each player, for the vacations. “They delivered us a plan, one week before the time. I followed the plan in order to start better”, he recognized.
The vacations were good but the athlete assumed that he was already missing the ball: “It's good to be on vacations but there's a moment when we miss the ball, the game, the goals…”
For the Portuguese international, the Football is very important on his day-to-day. “Football is our life, we basically live in it.”
On the 5th of July, the B team goes to Spain, Isla Canela, where there will be a training stage until the 12th of July.
