Rui Vitória was present, this Wednesday, in the 19th UEFA Elite Club Coaches Forum, in Nyon.

The coach of Benfica, just like the Portuguese José Mourinho and Leonardo Jardim, was side-by-side with other great names such as Zinedine Zidane (Real Madrid), Ernesto Valverde (Barcelona), Massimiliano Allegri (Juventus), and the consecrated Alex Ferguson and Louis Van Gaal.

The Forum allowed the coaches of the Europe's main clubs to exchange some ideas towards a great variety of competitions, as well as to make some proposals in order to improve the football of the old continent.

This is not the first time that Rui Vitória is present at the event.

Benfica fought until the end for a different outcome in the last 16 of the Club World Cup, but after extra time they fell to Chelsea (1-4), thus ending their journey in the first edition of the competition in the United States of America. In a game that was interrupted in the 86th minute due to the threat of a thunderstorm and ended almost five hours after the kick-off, Di María leveled the score at 90'+5' (1-1), taking the match into 30 minutes of extra time, during which time the result hung in the balance for the English at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte.
