Abel Ferreira admitted, this Tuesday, in the press conference, the will to win Benfica in the opening round of the League Cup Group Stage. However, the coach alerts for the difficulties.

"We want to be present in the final four. We know its going to be a difficult task, it will demand the best from ourselves, and we only had two days to prepare this game. But we will field a competitive, responsible and demanding team, knowing that the motto is always to win, regardless of the opponent. And that is our responsibility", said the SC Braga's coach.

"The important thing is for my players to remain focused, intense and play to win. Our opponent has a great squad of champions and has a great coach. Benfica is a top institution with huge resources. They will enter the game on a strong note, I've warned my players about that." he added .

SL Benfica-SC Braga is scheduled for 9:15pm this Wednesday, at Estádio da Luz.

Day 1 of a new journey
