Douglas made his debut in the Champions League this Wednesday and analyzed the defeat against Manchester United.

“It's not easy, but we leave this game with our heads raised and will keep fighting. We have three matches in the Champions League to reverse this situation. In this match we fought a lot, we conceded a goal and we tried to make a comeback, but we were not able to do so”, he stated.

The Brazilian spent several months without competing:

“I've been four months without competing and I'm gaining rhythm."
