The victory at the World Roller Games in 2017, which took place in Nanjing, China, earned the distinction to the Spanish men's roller hockey team and to the Argentinean, who is now also the coach of Sport Lisboa e Benfica.

It was from the hands of the Kings of Spain that Alejandro Domínguez received the Spanish National Sports Award, called Barón Guell. The ceremony took place today, Thursday, at the Royal Palace of Pardo, in Madrid.

It is worth remembering that representing the Spanish national team Alejandro Domínguez has also won the European Championship which took place in Coruña, in July last year.
