Four matches, four wins. The February victorious sequence – Sporting, Nacional, Desp. Aves e Chaves – has earned him a distinction in a poll promoted by Liga Portugal.

Bruno Lage got 31,94 percent of the coaches' votes, ahead of Ivo Vieira, from Moreirense, and Sérgio Conceição, from FC Porto.
