In Group B together with Ukraine, Lithuania, Luxembourg and Serbia, Portugal start the qualification for the Euro 2020 at Estádio da Luz, with matches on March 22 and 25 against Ukraine and Serbia.

This is the return of the Portuguese national team to a venue that has been an authentic talisman. In the last 10 matches, Portugal won nine, the last of which against Italy (1-0) in the Nations League group stage, a competition in which the European Champion is in the semifinals.

Apart from the nine triumphs, the last ten matches in the Cathedral led to 27 goals scored (an average of 2,7 per match) and only six conceded (0,6 per match). There was an average of 56 169 spectators per game.

The two matches will kick off at 7:45, with the particularity of the Portugal-Serbia match bringing to Luz two athletes from this Balkan country who under Bruno Lage: Fejsa and Zivkovic.
