National Champions welcomed at Lisbon City Hall

Benfica accomplished the reconquest of the National Championship last Saturday, clinching the 37^th national title of its history. At 6:00 pm on Monday, the new Champions will be welcomed at the Council Chambers and honored by the Lisbon City Council.

The formalization of the event was made by the Lisbon City Hall in a post on Twitter: "The Lisbon City Hall congratulates SL Benfica, and its men's and women's senior football squad, for winning the 37^th national title and the Portuguese Cup, respectively. The new champions will be welcomed at the Council Chambers, Monday, May 20, at 6:00 pm."
