The choice of the main figures of 2018/19 was carried out by the editorial staff of the official UEFA website.

The 2018/19 Liga NOS, which ended with Benfica crowned as National Champion, was reviewed by the UEFA official website, which elected seven players from the eagles players to the best eleven of the season.
For the eleven set up in 4x4x2, the same formation used by Bruno Lage at Benfica, were named André Almeida, Rúben Dias and Grimaldo in the defense, Pizzi and Rafa in the midfield, João Félix and Seferovic in the attack.
In UEFA's favorite eleven are also the portistas Casillas, Éder Militão and Herrera and the sportinguista Bruno Fernandes.
