Gianni Infantino, the president of FIFA, congratulated Sport Lisboa e Benfica for another achievement. Through a letter sent to the Portuguese Football Federation, the president of the body the supervises wold football highlighted the Club's “effort and hard work” in the Reconquest, praising the fact that this is the “fifth championship in the last six seasons, the 37th overall, a record”.
