The training camp of the Benfica squad in England has ended. There were six days of hard work at St. George's Park, the home of the English national teams, where the team found all the condition for a work of excellence, intensity and discipline.

In a week in which the stars at St. George's Park were the Benfica players, the daily routine in this preparation period, after the breakfast, always had as an initial chapter the dressing room area.

The physical aspect is very important for a football team. Benfica worked on the pitch, but also in the gym, before, after or even before and after the training session on the pitch.

In the pitch n. º 5, the player were able to prepare themselves as if they were at Luz or at Seixal, with conditions of excellence for a quality work.

The space where athletes recharged energy, with three meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner), was also used to strengthen ties.
