The women's football team of Benfica beat, this Friday, Ribeirão by 17-0. Another big result in the second friendly match of the pre-season, which took place in Luso (Mealhada), where the players under Marques have carried out a training camp since August .

In the first half, the reds were already dominating the match and the proof of that was the result at half-time: 7-0 for Benfica.

The second half only came to prove the overwhelming performance of the eagles, who scored 10 more goals, finishing the match with a 17-0 result.

The goals were scored by: Maiara (7’,16’,42’,48’), Darlene (8’, 52’, 57’, 60’, 70’, 82’), Daiane (18’, 41’, 84’), Evy (35’), Pauleta (59’), Jassie (69’) and Carlota (79’).

João Marques started the match with: Dani, Inês Queiroga, Ana Alice, Sílvia, Diva, Patrícia Llanos, Pauleta, Daiane, Evy, Maiara and Darlene.

Player of the Match: Trubin's images against Bayern

On Matchday 3 of Group C of the Club World Cup, Trubin kept Benfica's goal shut in their 1-0 win over Bayern Munich and was named Player of the Match. "Estou feliz. "I'm happy. Our main goal was to reach the next stage and we did it. We all worked together," said Trubin, valuing the team as a whole, which also earned the applause of Manuel Neuer, the Bavarian goalkeeper.
