Jeremy Sarmiento, aged 16 (16.06.2002), penned a professional contract with Sport Lisboa e Benfica.

The midfielder arrives this season at Luz coming from Charlton Athletic (England) where he played in the U-18, although he was a U-16 player.

Born in Spain, but with English and Ecuadorian dual nationality, Jeremy Sarmiento is an international for the Youth national team of Ecuador (U-15) and England (U-16 and U-17).
