After the visit to Amsterdam in the UEFA Youth League, it was Benfica’s turn to welcome Ajax to Caixa Futebol Campus, in matchday 4 of the U-19 competition organized by UEFA. And a what great match the one that took place in Seixal between two of the best academies in the world, with six goals scored and uncertainty until the last second.

Preparing for a new clash

Under-17: celebrating the third consecutive championship title

Benfica's Under-17s beat FC Porto on Sunday, June 15, on matchday 18 of the National Championship and won the 3rd consecutive league title in the competition and the 22nd in the club's history. At Benfica Campus Field No. 1, Tomás Soares (45'+1') and José Neto (54') scored the goals that gave the Eagles a 2-1 victory. For the first time in the same season, the Under-19, Under-17, and Under-15 teams have won their respective championships: it is a historic achievement for the Club in youth football!
