The Benfica’s former player, Jonas, will be, this Friday at 6:00 pm, at the Adidas store (Estádio da Luz) for an autograph session.

On Wednesday, July 10, the “Pistolas”, said goodbye during a thrilling tribute payed by the Club. After five years with the red jersey, 137 goals in 182 official matches and several titles, the striker accomplished the dream to end his career at Benfica. Against Anderlecht, in the Presentation Match, played his last 10 minutes as a footballer.

The Brazilian will be also available for a Press Conference open to the Journalists questions.

In Matchday 25 of the 2014/15 National Championship, Benfica hosted SC Braga at Estádio da Luz. In the first half – at 21’ –, Jonas opened the scorer, after a perfect triangulation with Lima and Gaitán. Eliseu would score the 2-0 in the second half.

Recection, shot, goal! For Jonas it was simple

On April 14,  2017, a month before clinching the fourth league title in a row (May 13),  Benfica faced Marítimo at Estádio da Luz, in a game from matchday 29 of the Liga NOS. With eagles in the lead (1-0), Jonas, after a combination with Pizzi, extended the lead to 2-0 in the 36th minute! The goal score completed his brace at 45'+1', sealing a 3-0.

This goal was a bow to the fourth league title in a row!

In the 44th minute of the match against Vitória de Guimarães in the afternoon of May 13, 2017 Jonas showed all his skill in a fabulous execution that delighted the almost 65 thousand fans at Estádio da Luz. This goal, on matchday 33 of 2016/17, was a bow to Benfica and to the fourth consecutive league title. Pistolas would complete his brace in the second half of the encounter, sealing a 5-0 win.
