THE STUNNER

One impressive shot from Umaro Embaló, with his left foot, put the ball in the back of the net in the 74th minute of the Benfica B-Oliveirense, on matchday 3 of the II Liga. The goal has now been voted the best goal of the month of August in that competition.

The strike from the Benfica forward in the match held at Futebol Campus was the one that collected the preference of most participants in the online voting promoted by the official website of the Liga Portugal.

In the race for the goal of August in the LigaPro, Embaló beat the "contenders" Gustavo Costa (Cova da Piedade), Adriano (SC Covilhã), Roberto (Estoril Praia) and Jota (CD Nacional).
