Eagles in the first qualifying round of the EHF European League

The European Handball Federation announced on June 20 the list of participants for the EHF European League debut season. Benfica's handball team will be present in the first qualifying round of the competition. 

In addition to SL Benfica, the following 29 teams will enter the draw: HC FIVERS WAT Margareten (Austria), SKA Minsk (Belarus), HRK Gorica (Croatia), RK Dubrava (Croatia), RK Spacva Vinkovci (Croatia), Bjerringbro-Silkeborg (Denmark), Skjern Handball (Denmark), TTH Holstebro (Denmark), Bidasoa Irun (Spain), PAUC Handball (France), MT Melsungen (Germany), HEDO-B. Braun Gyöngyös (Hungary), Valur (Iceland), Handball Esch (Luxembourg), HC Butel Skopje (North Macedonia), HC Metalurg (North Macedonia), Haslum Handballklubb (Norway), OIF Arendal (Norway), KS Azoty-Pulawy SA (Poland), Clube de Futebol Os Belenenses (Portugal), AHC Dobrogea Sud Constanta (Romenia), AHC Potaissa Turda (Romenia), HC CSKA (Russia), HC Victor (Russia), RK Trimo Trebnje (Slovenia), HC Kriens-Luzern (Switzerland), Pfadi Winterthur (Switzerland), HK Malmö (Sweden) and IFK Kristianstad (Sweden).
