Radu Petrescu, from Romania, was appointed by the UEFA Refereeing Committee to whistle the Rangers-Benfica, a game from matchweek 4 of the Europa League Group D, at 8 pm on Thursdays, November 26, at the Ibrox Stadium.

Radu Ghinguleac and Mircea Mihail Grigoriu will be the assistants and Marcel Birsan will be the fourth official.
