The Women's Handaball National Team will dispute the World Cup, on April 17 and 20, with three Benfica players in the squad list. 

Carolina Gomes, Adriana Lage and Cláudia Correia were called up by the national coach Ulisses Pereira.

Portugal will face a double clash with Germany. The first one takes place on April 17 at 8:30 pm, at Pavilhão do Luso, and the second one on April 20 (4:30 pm), in Germany.
