Draw in the Lisbon derby

Benfica welcomed Belensenses SAD to the Benfica Campus, this Tuesday afternoon in another 2021/22 pre-season match. Despite the goal chances, the the scoreboard didn't chance: 0-0. Next up, on Friday, at 7 pm, the home match against Casa Pia.

Benfica carried out today the fourth friendly match in the current pre-season in a day marked by the arrival of João Mário, the third signing for Jorge Jesus' squad after Rodrigo Pinho and Gil Dias.

So far, Benfica faced the B team (0-1), SC Covilhã (2-0) and Farense (3-2).
