The footballer of Sport Lisboa e Benfica Christy Ucheibe is mourning the passing of her mother. Roseline Chimezie Ucheibe, who was 64, did not survive a car accident, last Thursday, in Nigeria.

Christy wanted to stay integrated in the training routines and surrounded by the women’s football team, with all the love and support she needs right now.

SL Benfica expresses its deepest condolences to the club’s young footballer and her family.
