More than 90 minutes of game down to ten men due to Taarabt's red card, controversial and inexplicable decisions of the refereeing team led by Manuel Oliveira and VAR André Narciso, and the goals from Cassiano and debutant Henrique Araújo are relevant moments in Benfica's draw (1-1) against Vizela, on matchday 26 of the Liga Bwin.
First, at 10', Darwin fell in the in the box (see video below); In the following minute it was Grimaldo who fell in the opposite side. The protests were not answered and André Narciso, this time, did not alert Manuel Oliveira.
Match commentary
At 73', another situation in detriment of Benfica in the Vizela box, with Ofori playing the ball with his left arm, without Manuel Oliveira nor VAR André Narciso having registered the infraction (see video below).
The eagles play again on Tuesday, March 15, at 8:00 pm, in Amsterdam, against Ajax, in the second leg of the Champions League round of 16.
