The National team coach has announced the players chosen for the decisive matches of the Nations League against Czech Republic and Spain.

João Mário and Rafa are the Benfica players called up by Fernando Santos for the Portuguese National Team for the matches against the Czech Republic, to be played in Prague on September 24, and Spain, in Braga, on September 27.
The midfielder, Benfica's number 20, has been in the spotlight for 2022/23. He has 919 minutes played in 11 matches. He has scored five goals, four in the Liga Bwin and one in the Champions League, in the last round of the group stage, against Juventus.
Rafa has also been Roger Schmidt's bet at the beginning of the season. He has 12 games played (971 minutes) and five goals.
These will be the last two matches of the Nations League qualifying round.
