Benfica Musa Statements Rio Ave

The Croatian striker scored for the first time with the Benfica jersey, in the win against Rio Ave by 4-2 in Matchday 9 of the Liga Bwin at Estádio da Luz.

"I'm very happy for the win. We played very well, and we have to keep this way", commented Musa, to BTV.

"The goal I scored brings some confidence. I work hard and I’m happy for the goal, but also pleased that we have won in front of our supporters", highlighted Musa, one of the new signings for 2022/23.

On the stands of Estádio da Luz were 56 176 spectators, creating a unique atmosphere. "It’s incredible to play with such atmosphere. Thanks to all the supporters here, I'm very happy for our win", he concluded.
