Great debut from Benfica's handball team at the IHF Super Globe! This Wednesday afternoon, October 19, the Eagles faced Mudhar at the Dammam Sports Hall, in Saudi Arabia, in a game of the preliminary round (group B), and won by 27-39.
At the end of the match, Sergey Hernández was named the game's MVP.
With this result, Benfica sits 1st in group B and tomorrow, Thursday, October 20, at 2:45 pm, faces Al Ahly (2nd place), at the Dammam Sports Hall.
