After the silver medal won by Bárbara Timo, another Benfica judoka shone at the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam! Rochele Nunes finished in 3rd place in the +78 kg and won a bronze medal in the United Arab Emirates, this Sunday, October 23.

In the decisive fight to reach the podium, Rochele Nunes (17th in the world ranking) won by "ippon" over Chinese Shiyan Xu (11th best judoka in the world in this category). 

This is the second Portuguese medal in the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam.
